Question 1:How does MXC exchange evaluate the importance of the user community? In the near future, does MXC exchange have any special plans to attract and expand the community.

-MXC’s every decision is made based on MXC users, you can see how much attention MXC has paid to users and communities. We have had many AMA in crypto communities all over the world. We will continue to do and involve more communities that in the future.
-We always have plan and we are doing that! We always organize many events, airdrops and bounty for the community, especially the Vietnamese community. In the near future, there will be many interesting programs for the community, we will soon announce. Please pay attention to it.
Question 2: MXC has just succeeded in listing and collaborating with Xanpool, so is this MXC's new strategy? What is the next plan to end 2019?
Most of the current exchanges have completed OTC to VND to help users in Vietnam to easily trade, how will MXC plan to be interested in this market?

-MXC's stratege never changed. We will always insist listing good projects.
-Recently, the market was negative, many rumors have been constantly raised. Currently, MXC is still actively improving our service, we currently hold the top 7 in the world.
-What's more, Vietnam is an important and strategic market for MXC. That is also the reason we are focusing on developing products and the community to serve users. The MXC Vietnam community is currently one of the fastest growing communities at the moment.
-Currently, MXC is supporting many products such as PoS, margin, contract, OTC, ... and Vietnamese users also contributes a significant part in it. The OTC-VND payment gateway launched not long ago will be a convenient way for users to easily get access the crypto market.

Question 3: According to CMC total supply of MX is 948.208.804 MX. Does MXC have plans for buyback and lock-up of tokens and community tasks/activities to raise awareness and bring mass adoption?

-MXC has used the 100% profit from trading fees of July to buy back MX from secondary market, and has burned them on the last day of July according to the mode and schedule voted by MXC communities. You can check some infor here:

-With the healthy development of MXC, MX, token of MXC platform, has already become the right certificate for many activities held on the platform. For the solid development of MX ecosystem, MXC will also buy back the MX used for “MXC MARS – Vote for Free Listing” and “IMX – 50% Off for New Listings” after acquiring agreement from project parties.
-As the representative of the rights and interests of MXC trading platform, MX is the cornerstone of ecological development of MXC trading platform and the proof of circulating encrypted digital rights and interests. Question 4: Maybe margin is trending at this time, I joined many meetups/events at Vietnam and realized that many exchanges are focusing in margin to attract more users. Do you see this is a trend or moment? and how does MXC push on for margin ?

-MXC launched margin with max 5x leverage around 2 weeks ago. For example, if a user has 1 USDT, they can borrow 4 USDT. After borrowing, there are 5 USDT available for trading. And we also have Perpetual contract with maximum 100x leverage.

Question 5: There was an hacking issue on Upbit(one of the biggest exchange market in Korea) yesterday. The estimated amount was $50million. So I want to know about how mxc deal with the security. How do you manage your assets(proportion of hot&cold wallet and so on)?
